[CINDER - part I]

That's a very creative solution to the problem. A lot of people would have opted to have their hero charge in and win with little strategy involved, but this feels like a lot more thought was put into it.

Very unique aesthetic and funny drawings on display here. It's one thing to already have good/funny writing, but making the individual drawings themselves hilarious in a way that elevates the humor is what really sets this apart. A lot of it feels like proper caricature drawn from real world experiences too, not even in a mean spirited "Heh, these people are so beneath me." kinda way either. Great stuff.

This is a very unique and stunning short. The story is very evocative of old fairy tales, but it's inventive in its own right. Your uncle must have been a very creative man. The visuals suit the narrative perfectly. The trippy color effects are excellent, as are the character designs. I'm not even exaggerating when I say this just may be one of the best things I've seen on this site.
